Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope, ensuring all certificates and tags are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.
Quality Assessment
Once received, our master jewellers will inspect the item for its original condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
